Analogové senzory

Obecně pracují analogové senzory na principu změny napětí, proudu, či odporu na výstupních svorkách. Lze je dělit na:

  • Aktivní → výstupní signál je napěťový, či proudový vůči GND (většinou nápajeny externím zdrojem, galvanicky odděleny od PLC)
  • Pasivní → v závislosti na měřené veličině mění odpor mezi výstupními svorkami

V nabídce Unipi naleznete spolehlivé pasivní analogové senzory. Tyto senzory můžete využít pro vytápění, vzduchotechniku, v průmyslovém prostředí, atp. Tyto senzory jsou navíc vhodné pro měření, kde je nutné mít instalovány co nejpřesnější a nejspolehlivější senzory.

Aktivní senzory jsou většinou pro sepciální použití a lze je zakoupit u speciálizovaných obchodníků.

PTS 350B

  • Designed for contact measuring of pipeline surface temperature (IP65 protection)
  • Water-proof Pt1000 resistance sensor,
  • Probe dimensions (h×w×d): 40 x 12 x 12 mm
  • Holding metal band length: 40 cm
  • Minimal pipe diameter: 20 mm
  • The sensor is suitable for temperature measuring in the range from -30°C to 105°C
  • Suitable for all Unipi devices with analog input

Examples of use:

  • Measuring pipeline surface temperature
  • The usage method must be selected in accordance with the temperature and chemical durability of the probe and the input cable

Applicable for:

  • All Unipi units with analog input, including the Unipi 1.1*
  • For Unipi Extension xS51 module (or the older xS50 model)

The resistance sensor can be connected to Unipi units or extension models in-between the AI and AIS connectors (for the Group 1 the sensor is connected via AO and AGND terminals). PTS 310A

  • A variant for outdoor and industrial applications (IP65 protection)
  • Waterproof Pt1000 resistance sensor
  • Metal probe dimensions: ⌀6* x 25 mm (±0,1 mm*)
  • Plastic cover dimensions: (h x w x d): 70 x 63 x 34 mm
  • Connection: shrouded terminal box
  • Head ambient working temperature: -30°C to 100°C
  • Temperature sensors are suitable to measure temperature in range from -30 °C to 100 °C
  • Suitable for all Unipi devices with analog inputs

Examples of use:

  • Measuring temperature in outdoor spaces or industrial halls
  • Suitable for use in humid spaces (cellars, greenhouses, etc.)

Applicable for:

  • All Unipi units with an analog input, inluding Unipi 1.1*
  • For Unipi Extension xS51 (or the older xS50 model)

  • Connection: shrouded terminal box
  • Head ambient working temperature: -30°C to 100°C
  • Temperature sensors are suitable for measuring temperature in range from -50 °C to 150 °C
  • Suitable for all Unipi devices with analog input
