Unipi 1.1 Quick Start Guide & Mervis IDE

In this tutorial we will show you the easiest method to use a button for switching a relay with Unipi 1.1 extension board for Raspberry Pi.

The first part shows how to connect Raspberry Pi to the Unipi 1.1 extension board, uploading of Mervis operation system image to a memory card and physical connections – mounting to a DIN rail, connecting power supply, inputs/outputs and other necessary components. The second part shows installation and settings in Mervis PLC software – creating new project, connecting inputs and outputs, programming function block diagrams to switch the relay.
